1. General

These Terms of Service govern your use of lumiqron.com (the "Site"), operated by lumiqron.com LLC (EDRPOU 88861022), located at Office 42, BC Gulliver, 1 Sportyvna Square, Kyiv, 01001, Ukraine. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Services and Information

We provide information and booking services for travel and related activities. In accordance with Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII 'On Electronic Commerce' of 3 September 2015, we disclose our full legal name, registration number, location, and contact details. Before you purchase, we provide clear information about the service, price, terms, and your rights, including complaint procedures under Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Protection of Consumer Rights' of 10 June 2023.

If you book a tour, we provide information about the route, dates, price, insurance, and our legal status as required by Law of Ukraine No. 324/95-VR 'On Tourism' of 15 September 1995.

3. Booking and Cancellation

Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Cancellation and refund terms are provided at the time of booking. You may cancel in accordance with the terms presented. 4. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, comply with applicable laws, and not misuse the Site. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

We process personal data, including via cookies, only with your informed consent and as described in our Privacy Policy, in accordance with Law of Ukraine No. 2297-VI 'On Personal Data Protection' of 1 June 2010.

6. Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not exclude liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
