1. Current situation and risk level

Air-raid alerts, missile and drone strikes and movement restrictions occur across the country. Curfews, checkpoints and document checks apply. We cannot guarantee the safety of any route, stay or activity, and we do not provide evacuation, security or medical services.

Follow instructions from the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the National Police and local authorities; check official advisories before booking.

2. Itinerary changes, cancellations, force majeure

Routes, dates, transport and accommodation may change or be cancelled at short notice for safety reasons. Under Law of Ukraine No. 324/95-VR "On Tourism" of 15 September 1995, we provide information about the tour — route, dates, price, insurance, our legal status — and notify you of material changes. Where a change results from circumstances beyond our control, we offer an alternative date, an alternative itinerary or a refund under our published offer terms.

3. Consumer rights, complaints, advertising

Before purchase you receive clear information about the service, price, terms and your rights, including complaint procedures, as required by Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX "On Protection of Consumer Rights" of 10 June 2023. Offer and refund terms are published under Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII "On Electronic Commerce" of 3 September 2015.
